Leading Children Ltd. supports Early Years Practitioners in Bradford to facilitate an alliance with like-minded people who are passionate about helping children to succeed, whilst protecting their childhood.

Supporting colleagues, debating issues and sharing practice have always been the bedrock of quality in Early Years. These are crucial in ensuring practitioners continue traditions, whilst addressing current developments.

Members of Bradford Early Years Alliance have the opportunity to:

  • meet with other Early Years Practitioners
  • raise topics for discussion
  • share concerns and expertise
  • celebrate successes and achievements
  • develop networks and professional links
  • work together to support achievement in Bradford’s schools and settings

Leading Children Ltd.:

  • host meetings in a model Early Years Environment
  • provide Early Years Consultants to support and encourage the group and individuals
  • organise meetings, events and provide administration
  • offer refreshments
  • distribute materials such as articles, resources and discussion notes
  • co-ordinate a rolling programme of half termly meetings throughout the year (to be agreed by the members)

We know that there will be many issues arising in the coming year that practitioners will want to discuss with colleagues from other schools and settings and we look forward to continuing our support for Bradford Early Years Alliance.  We particularly welcome KS1 practitioners who want to build on early years foundation stage provision and practice. Meetings will be held at Leading Children's training venue at 385 Canal Road, Bradford BD2 1AW. To enable us to provide this service and support the development of the group, it is necessary to charge a small annual fee.  There are 6 meetings per year:

Individual Member: £60.00 (excl VAT)

Group Membership (Up to 5 members from the same setting): £275.00 (excl VAT)

Group Membership (up to 10 members from the same setting): £495.00 (excl VAT)

LAPs / Clusters of Schools (up to 30 members): £795.00 (excl VAT)

Non members: £12.50 (excl VAT) per person per meeting
